![]() Is there any likelyhood of bringing this sort of functionality to the IntelliJ. This is extremely useful for editing projects that were built for a unix-like environment on a Windows machine. In Visual Studio Code there is a plugin which allows you to edit projects that live in the WSL filesystem. ![]() Basically install a new WSL instance, run that script and wait about 5 minutes and everything's pretty much setup the way I like. Developing 'in' Windows Subsystem for Linux. I also rsync over things like my custom bin folder and configs directory to a Windows folder, where I've got a shell script created to provision a new WSL if something happens to my current one (happened once) or want to start a new WSL. To keep it all backed up, I just Rsync over my ~/Projects folder to an external drive every night and then my Windows backup software (Backup4All) copies that over to OneDrive. Enter your host domain URL and then click the Generate a token on Bitbucket Server button. From the Integrations window, select Bitbucket Server. Or alternatively if you are in the New Tab view, click on Preferences under Customize. I keep the latest stable version of PHP and Node LTS installed in WSL, but most development is containerized (I use Docker Desktop). To authenticate with Bitbucket Server, navigate to the upper right corner to access Preferences Integrations. Go to VS Code and select Open beneath the Start menu on the main screen. Create and name a new folder on your machine. You can also choose to initialize a repository using the VS Code Side Bar buttons. ![]() I can usually do what I want through the terminal or PHPStorm's git tools. It's a little buggy, especially when menus open on my second monitor, but that's actually a long standing issue with Idea products and even happens on a machine running Ubuntu with more than 1 monitor.
